GTA 4 PC cheats: all the console commands

This page contains cheats and secrets in Grand Theft Auto 4.

Some of the most exciting of these GTA 4 cheats can be entered by bringing up Niko's cell phone and dialing in the numbers. Once entered into the phone, you will retain the code under the Cheats menu in your cell phone for later use.

Many of these cheat codes will prevent specific achievements / trophies from unlocking, so make sure you save your game before entering cheats.

Friendship Bonuses

If you sufficiently improve your relationship with certain other characters in the game (i.e. Friendships, you can call them and ask them to activate special perks to help you out of a tough spot, as indicated below.

• Alex - Earn an 80% relationship status with Alex for a discount of 50% at any clothing stores.
• Brucie - Earn a 70% relationship status with Brucie so you can call him to pick you up in his helicopter.
• Carmen - Secure an 80% relationship status with Carmen and you can receive a health boost when you really need it.
• Dwayne - Earn a 60% relationship status with Dwayne and you can call him to request assistance from a car full of gang members.
• Kiki - Earn an 80% relationship status with Kiki and you can call to request the removal of as many as 3 wanted stars.
• Little Jacob - Earn a 60% relationship status with Little Jacob and he'll give you a discount when you purchase his guns.
• Packie - Earn a 75% relationship status with Packie and you can call him when you need a car bomb.
• Roman - Call to get a free ride from Roman when you earn a 60% relationship status with him.

Unlockable Bonuses

You can access some special bonuses by satisfying the corresponding requirements indicated below.

• Annihilator Helicopter - Kill 200 flying rats
• Rastah Color Huntley SUV - Complete 10 package delivery missions
• No Ammo Limit - Clear the game 100%
• Statue of Liberty t-shirt - Enter the door on the second floor while touring the Statue of Liberty

Secret Locations

You can access a map of secret locations around liberty city by going to one of the many TW@ Internet Cafes and entering www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com into the URL bar of the in-game web browser.

Money Exploit

Block the streets near an ATM, causing a traffic jam. Then, near the ATM, let someone withdraw money. Once they do, kill that person. The ambulance won't be able to get through the traffic jam you created. Take the money, head a short distance away from the victim, then return. More money should spawn on the ground near the body. Grab it and then retreat once more. You should be able to repeat this process as often as you like, and you can even kill multiple citizens to make it more effective.
